I’ve been selling houses since 1988. Yes, I started when I was 21, a college student at the University of Minnesota. Now you know how old I am.

Usually about half are buyers buying and half are sellers selling. I love what I do, and I work all over the Twin Cities and pretty much in all price ranges, too. From $250,000 to over $4,000,000. My back yard is Edina where I office and live, but I’ll work where you need me. And if I’m not your guy, like if you want to buy land on the Gunflint, then I know someone who can help you.
I’m not part of a big team. If you want me to work for you, you get me. Better yet, you get me and my wife, Sally. More on that later. But not the new kid. Not the buyer’s specialist. Just me. From beginning to end.
